OREGON — Starting July 1, it will be legal for adults 21 or older to possess and use recreational marijuana in Oregon. Residents can grow up to 4 plants per residence, as long as they are out of public view. Applications for large-scale growers and retailers aren’t being accepted until early 2016, and no Oregon stores are expected to have marijuana for sale until the fall of 2016. Although weed is legal, there is nowhere to buy it. So marijuana entrepreneurs are giving away samples.
